Standard Return Policy:
We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of our all valuable customers - our ideology is to treat you fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair with us as well.
In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is Damaged /Defective/Wrong then you may return the merchandise. To be eligible for a full refund, make sure the merchandise must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging within 5 days from the date of receiving your order.
You are also eligible for a full refund, in case your order has been fulfilled later than the specified dates.
When ‘Returns’ are not possible:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, then your refund (including all the charges) will be processed to your Vitameno account in your wallet which you can use in your next purchase. You will receive the credit within 14 working days.
